Here at Jebbtools our main goal is Customer Satisfaction, However, we do realise and know from experience that not every product is made the same or will suit the need of every job. We also know that from time to time a procuct will have a genuine fault. Please take note of the following guidelines and information to make sure that your customer experience with us is no less than 100% positive.
Upon receiving a delivery, please inspect the goods immediately, if the goods arrive damaged or do not comply with the order then email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (022-40656) within the day of the delivery. Failure to ring or email will deem that the goods have been accepted.
In the unlikely event you need to return an item, it's as easy as placing an order! Give us a call we can arrange everything and issue a returns number.

Each electrical and moving item in our range has a Full Guarantee. If for any reason, your are not satisfied with any item purchased you may return it to us within 7 day's for a full refund or replacement which ever you prefer.
Any item that is returned after 7 days from purchase date will be eligible for a store credit. All goods returned must be returned in the exact same condition that they were shipped in. Any item returned must be undamaged and in perfect saleable condition.
Jebbtools reserves the right to refuse any item returned, that is deemed to have been used, damaged or worn for any reason other than being a genuine fault.
