3. Purchase this plus carriage to collect your item. (Your Total should be €52inc vat).

Description:
This is to book an initial inspection of your item and payment covers 1 hour of labour to identify the problem and resolve it if possible. If the problem can be repaired simply within the hour, our technician will proceed to do so. 

Please NOTE: Repairs while you wait is not possible as your machine will need to be booked in, inspected and if any parts will be needed. We aim to have contacted you within 2-3 days for an update on the machine.

If any additional parts or labour are required we will be in touch via a phone call/email to discuss. Any further labour required will be charged at €35+VAT per hour and you will be informed of the cost of any extra labour and/or parts before proceeding with any work.
